“The Rollup” is one of the first exercises taught in any Pilates session and The Rollup Experience is the first of its kind that devotes itself to completely explore mat work pilates. Start by attending the first class up the stairs. Every first-timers class is curated to focus on the the spinal fluidity and to get the core connection right. It just takes 3 classes to get the sync of the breath into every exercise.

- Wear clothes which are not too tight or too flowy, just enough to lift and lean onto the bar.
- Don’t forget to get that smile.
At The Roll Up Experience it’s Pilates for everyone who can move. It isn’t about if you can touch your toes or do a head stand, it is about the process of moving at ease with precision with the total mind – body – breath connect.
All the heath details of every person who attends sessions at The Roll Up Experience would be noted down and utmost care would be taken.
All classes are planned according to individual fitness levels. Batches are made taking into consideration complementary body types and individual needs.
Twice a week is recommended to experience this method which helps the whole body feel strengthened, toned and worked out! But some teachers advise an extra day of stretching every other week!
